WHY ARE WE THE ANTI RETREAT?
This retreat provides the perfect opportunity to focus attention on what is most important, the here and now.
The fact that you can move your body in a way you choose or want to or not want to.
The fact that you can enjoy a glass of wine or a gin with your meal, in the afternoon or whenever you choose.
We help you become more in-tune with you, with being comfortable with your choices and most of all encourage you to switch off, have fun and do you!
You will not find juices, detox and strict plans here - you choose you, you do you and while you do it we will make sure you have fun and laugh alot!!
TRYING NEW THINGS!
On our retreats you will get the opportunity to try guided sea swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, hiking, yoga, meditation, fitness classes the Feel Fit way.
The activities are optional and you can always choose not to or do it your way. We encourage you try new things as we are sure you will find them fun, but if you just want to chill that is fine with us! The anti retreat is your retreat!
MINDSET & MEDITATION
We truly believe that sometimes you need to disconnect to reconnect to your mind and your body.
This is why we run our resilience workshops along side grounding meditation and encouraging you to try new and exciting things.

Rise & Shine with Coffee.
Sea Swim or Fitness Class.
Breakfast (see menu)
Morning of surfing, hiking or free time.
Buffet style lunch we cater for all.
Afternoon of surfing, sea swimming, walks, shopping, massage or free time.
Evening dinner - BBQ, pizza and wine, curry, a meal out (not included in price), Sunday roast - all meals are homemade.
Plenty of time to relax, explore and disconnect to reconnect.
